David West was born in Ohio in 1954 in the form of a baby named Westerhold.
He got a lot of horrible jobs when he grew up and moved to San Francisco in 1977 where he got more horrible jobs.
He has been a waiter, communist, security guard, check-out clerk, office temp, and legal secretary.
