On January 8, 2020 the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps shot down Ukrainian International Airline flight PS752. Families of the survivors asked famed Iranian dissident author Moniro Ravanipour to help them write memories of their loved ones. This book is the story of what was achieved during these coaching sessions on memoir writing. In the book, drawing on a Persian tradition that includes Rumi and Hafiz, we can understand the differences between Iranian coaching and American writing workshops, and see how a person can dance though the middle of the storm.
